Music Apps That Help You Sleep — What Actually Works?
-
Hey everyone! 😴
I’ve been struggling with sleep lately and started looking into non-medical ways to relax at night. A few people recommended using music or ambient sound apps, so I started experimenting — some were surprisingly helpful, others… not so much 😅
I’m really curious: has anyone here actually found a music or sound app that genuinely helps them fall asleep or stay asleep? What kind of sounds work best for you — nature, white noise, slow music? Would love to hear what’s worked and what to avoid!

You can try listening to nature sounds such as rain, ocean waves, distant thunder, and forest ambiance. They often soothing and help slow your breathing.
