Buildium Too Much?

   I’ve been trialing Buildium but it honestly feels like a bit much for my small portfolio. I'm curious if there's a more flexible option that’s still professional but doesn’t cost a fortune. Anyone here tried TenantCloud instead — is it a better fit for small operators?

  Thanks for this! I’ve been feeling like Buildium is more than I actually need, so I’m glad you pointed me toward something more landlord-friendly. That comparison sounds perfect — I’ll take a look and see if it fits better for me.
