  I had a somewhat similar situation last year — I was going through a rough patch and couldn’t talk to anyone close. I ended up spending hours chatting with an AI that actually helped me reflect on how I listen to others. It was weirdly helpful. I even wrote down a few thoughts about that experience on NSFW AI Chat , in case anyone’s curious. It's not perfect, of course, but for some people, AI can spark real emotional growth.
