How Would I Improve My Health? Any Non-Ordinary Methods?


  • I’ve been doing the usual things like eating healthy and working out, but I’m curious—are there any non-ordinary or lesser-known methods to improve my health that you’ve tried or heard about? I’m talking about ideas that aren’t just the usual “drink more water” or “get sleep.” I’m really open-minded and looking for something unique or even fun to try that might improve physical or mental health. Anyone here explored anything a bit outside the box that actually worked?



  • I love this thread! I’ve been experimenting with what I call “rhythm syncing.” Basically, I try to align my daily routine with my natural energy rhythms. For example, I noticed I have creative bursts around 10 AM and a dip in the afternoon. Instead of forcing productivity during my low energy times, I plan breaks then and do deep work when I feel naturally sharp. Listening to my body’s signals instead of overriding them has improved both my focus and my sleep.

Grounding, also known as earthing, is the practice of physically connecting your body to the Earth's natural energy—usually by walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand, or by using special tools like grounding mats or sheets that simulate that contact.
